Career Opportunities

Role Definition: Product Executive is one who is responsible for NDT Chemicals while adhering to the Quality standards.

Responsibility Deliverable:

  1. Product Development
  2. Chemicals Management
  3. Quality testing & Reporting
  4. Inventory Management
  5. Labeling
  6. Chemical Safety & Disposal Standards
  7. Vendor Coordination & Development

 

Tasks & Activities:

Chemical Management

– Manage chemicals while coordinating with vendors & operations

Quality testing & Reporting

 – RM and FG QC as per QAP

 – Generate the test reports and certify the batch accordingly.

 – Coordinate with Operations team for proper storage and procurement of Chemicals

 – Coordinate with Sales team for Technical Queries of customer.

 – Demonstration of chemical products for customers.

 – Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and ensure timely execution of purchase and sales orders.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with vendors for procurement, follow-ups, and timely delivery of materials.

Vendor Visits: Conduct regular visits to vendor locations to review quality, resolve issues, and strengthen business relationships.

Client Demonstration: Perform on-site demonstrations of chemical products at client locations to showcase application, performance, and benefits.

Product Development

  • Reverse engineering the chemicals.

Labeling

  • Label the chemicals as per requirement

Inventory management

  • Maintain Raw material stock quantity sheet, internal notes sheet and make Material requisition file for raw material procurement.
  • Allocate work to technician as per MSQ or as per orders.

SAP

  • Item Creation

Role Definition: Accounts Executive is one who is responsible for keeping accounting and financial records and help organization.

Tasks & Activities:

Accounting

  • Accounting and record keeping
  • Timely Data updation in ERP
  • Invoicing of sales, Support Services etc

Managing Accounts

 – Handling of day-to-day outdoor banking activities

Vouchers Management

 – Get vouchers approved from Management and payment to concerned employee

 – Entry and review of vouchers with supporting documents

Documentation

 – Preparations and submissions of Shipping Bills and BOE

 – Issue of Form 16

Audit

– Monthly Inventory Audit

Role Definition: Jr. Technician plays a supporting role in engineering projects and operations by assisting in design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions

Responsibility Deliverable:

Tasks & Activities:

Technical Skills

– Perform fitting and welding work on metal components and structures.

 – Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and measurements.

 –  Operate welding machines such as ARC, MIG, TIG, or gas welding equipment.

 –  Cutting, grind, shape, and assemble metal parts.

 – Inspect welded joints and fittings for quality and accuracy.

 –  Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.

 – Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.

 – Follow workplace safety standards and use PPE properly.

 –  Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

 – Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily operations.

– Effective communication with suppliers for component selection and procurement

– Able to verify vendor-supplied documentation and drawings

– Willing to travel to client sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

– Ability to work independently at site under guidance of senior engineers

Drawing Reading

  • Good Knowledge of reading Mechanical drawing.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams.

Role Definition: Jr. Electrical Technician plays a supporting role in engineering projects and operations by assisting in design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions

Tasks & Activities:

Software Skills

  • Proficient in Auto CAD electrical for schematic design
  • Knowledge of EPLAN for advanced electrical design and panel layout
  • Basic to intermediate programming skills in PLCs
  • Experience with HMI screen configuration and programming.

Technical Skills

– Strong understanding of electrical components (Transformer, relays, contactors, sensors, thyristor, Coil winding etc.)

– Proficient in current load calculation and cable sizing

– Knowledge of panel wiring, component mounting, and industrial electrical assembly

– Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams

– Skilled in diagnosing and fixing control panel, PLC, and wiring-related issues

– Experience in system-level fault detection and correction

– Effective communication with suppliers for component selection and procurement

– Able to verify vendor-supplied documentation and drawings

– Willing to travel to client sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

– Ability to work independently at site under guidance of senior engineers
