Role Definition: Product Executive is one who is responsible for NDT Chemicals while adhering to the Quality standards.

Responsibility Deliverable:

1. Product Development

Tasks & Activities:

Chemical Management

– Manage chemicals while coordinating with vendors & operations

Quality testing & Reporting

 – RM and FG QC as per QAP

 – Generate the test reports and certify the batch accordingly.

 – Coordinate with Operations team for proper storage and procurement of Chemicals

 – Coordinate with Sales team for Technical Queries of customer.

 – Demonstration of chemical products for customers.

Product Development

– Reverse engineering the chemicals.

Labeling

– Label the chemicals as per requirement.

Inventory management

– Maintain Raw material stock quantity sheet, internal notes sheet and make Material requisition file for raw material procurement.

– Allocate work to technician as per MSQ or as per orders.

Role Definition: The Sales Executive – Inside Sales is responsible for managing and converting inbound sales enquiries into confirmed orders for standard products. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups, maximizing conversion, generating repeat business from existing customers, coordinating with internal departments for smooth order execution, and supporting payment collection to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Tasks & Activities:

Inbound Lead Management

  • Attend all incoming enquiries through phone, email, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable standard products.
  • Qualify enquiries based on application, urgency and commercial potential.
  • Record and update all enquiries in CRM.

Quotation & Proposal Management

 – Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations.

 – Coordinate internally for pricing, delivery and technical clarifications.

 – Ensure quotations are sent within defined TAT.

 – Revise quotations whenever required.

Sales Conversion & Follow-up

– Conduct systematic follow-ups until order closure.

– Resolve customer objections through value-based selling.

– Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines.

– Maintain healthy enquiry-to-order conversion ratio.

– Update sales pipeline regularly.

 

Existing Customer Development

 – Generate repeat business from existing customers.
