1) Sr. Sales Engineer:
Sr. Sales Engineer is one who is responsible to lead, manage and grow sales of ATPL effectively & efficiently and meet the set sales targets.
Sales
• To achieve the Sales Target
• Collection on or before agreed terms
• Lead Generation (existing customers, cold calling etc.)
• Performing/coordinating for timely demonstration to customers
• Management & Reporting to Principals on Monthly basis
Application Support
• Support Customers on Application/how the use the products effectively.
• Making of Application based video/sheets and share with customer on regular basis.
Product Management
• Keep updated with competitive data
• Management of demo gears
Coordination
• Coordinate with other teams whenever required
Team Management
• Ensuring the team responds/sends accurate quotations to enquire within stipulated time.
• Ensuring the team enters all relevant enquires in SAP
• Follow up with team on regular basis for day-to-day activities and achieving of targets
• Conducting regular meetings with outstation team members on Team meets / Video call for engagement and involvement.
Reporting, Reviews & Presentations
• Monthly and quarterly reporting
• Reporting to Principals on timely basis
• Formulating strategies for increasing sales
• Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly presentations
2) Business Development Engineer:
Business Development Engineer is one who is responsible for Strategical Business Development.
Market research
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Analyzing data received from the internal teams on various parameters
• Analyzing data from events and exhibitions
Lead Generation
• Lead generation through various marketing platforms
• Identify for prospective leads and forward to sales team
• Identify for target market and prospects
• Send mails to prospective customers and subscribe to newsletters
Marketing
• Preparing and maintaining yearly marketing calendar and updating as and when required
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Content Writing for newsletters, blogs, social media posts, articles and advertisements, websites, brochures.
• Updating on various social media platforms- LinkedIN, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
• Making product and installation videos
Customer Relations & Retentions
• Sending Thank you mails to visitors of events and exhibitions
• Send customer feedback forms and followup for filling of the forms
• Analysis of feedback forms for scope of improvement

• Send Newsletters
Events & Exhibitions
• Identify upcoming events and exhibitions relevant for participation.
• End to end co-ordination for events and exhibitions
