Career Opportunities

The Jr. Engineer – Manufacturing & QC is responsible for overseeing manufacturing & quality assurance activities for standard products, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, while also managing vendor development and maintaining strong vendor relationships

 

  • Responsibility Deliverable:
  1. Vendor Development & Vendor Co-ordination
  2. Quality Products
  3. Quality Assurance of Products Manufactured
  4. Documentation and Certification

 

  • Tasks & Activities:

 

  1. Vendor Development & Vendor Co-ordination

 

>> New Vendor development, Coordination with existing vendors, Purchase requisition, cost estimation

>> Follow up and Co-ordination for technical aspects of Raw Materials/Finish Goods

 

2. Quality Assurance:

 

>> To ensure Products are inspected and tested as per compliance and Quality Control Plan.

>> Quality check and testing of raw materials, FG inspection and QC before dispatch

 

3. Documentation and Certification:

 

>> Prepare and regular updating of Product Files (manufacturing and quality documentation).

>> Prepare Inward/outward QC Report for raw materials/finish goods

 

  • Measurement Metrics:

>> Raw material & Finished Goods QC

>> Preparing QC reports, Purchase requisitions & cost estimation

>> Coordination with operations team & vendors.

>> Maintaining Quality standards

Jr. Electrical Engineer plays a supporting role in engineering projects and operations by assisting in design, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions

  • Tasks & Activities :

Software Skills

>> Proficient in Auto CAD electrical for schematic design

>> Knowledge of EPLAN for advanced electrical design and panel layout

>> Basic to intermediate programming skills in PLCs

>> Experience with HMI screen configuration & programming.

 

Technical Skills:

>> Knowledge of transformer working selection and basic calculation.

>> Knowledge of panel wiring, component mounting and industrial electrical assembly.

>> Proficient in current load calculation and cable sizing

>> Experience in system- level fault detection and correction

>> Skilled in fixing control panel, PLC, and wiring – related issues.

>> Coordination with Technicians for smooth and efficient production

>> Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

 

Vendor -Coordination

>> Effective communication with suppliers for components selection and procurement.

 

Documentation

>> To ensure proper documentation of Raw material and Finish Goods QC as per QAP.

 

Drawing Reading

>> Good Knowledge of reading Mechanical drawing.

>> Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams.

>> Proficiency in Software

>> Maintaining Quality standards

 

Channel Sales Executive is one who is responsible for maintaining aggressive approach in lead generation, making sales, developing good relationship with customers, enhancing competence, developing new Stockists and nurturing existing channels,  and thereby achieving the set sales target

 

  • Responsibility Deliverable:
  1. Sales
  2. Channel Development
  3. Demonstrations
  4. Approvals
  5. Lead generation

 

  • Tasks & Activities:

Sales:

>>To achieve the Sales Target

>> Collection on or before agreed terms

>> Lead Generation (existing customers, cold calling etc.)

>> Building Stockists PAN India

>> Reporting to Management.

 

Application Support:

>> Support Customers on Application/how the use the products effectively.

>> Making of Application based video/sheets and share with customer on regular basis.

 

Stockists Development:

>> Build new Stockists

>> Nurture existing channel partners/Stockists

 

Coordination:

>> Coordinate with other teams whenever required

 

  • Measurement Metrics:

>> No. of Enquiries

>> No. of Quotations sent

>> No. of Orders received per month

>> Target achieved per month

>> New Stockists developed

>> On-site meetings with customers.

>> No. of Enquiries generated
