1) Product Executive – Chemicals
Product Executive is one who is responsible for NDT Chemicals while adhering to the Quality standards.
Responsibility Deliverable

Tasks & Activities
A) Chemical Management
• Manage chemicals while coordinating with vendors & operations
B) Quality testing & Reporting
• RM and FG QC as per QAP
• Generate the test reports and certify the batch accordingly.
• Coordinate with Operations team for proper storage and procurement of Chemicals
• Coordinate with Sales team for Technical Queries of customer.
• Demonstration of chemical products for customers.
C) Product Development
• Reverse engineering the chemicals.
D) Labeling
• Label the chemicals as per requirement.
E) Inventory management
• Maintain Raw material stock quantity sheet, internal notes sheet and make Material requisition file for raw material procurement.
• Allocate work to technician as per MSQ or as per orders.

2) Stores Executive
As a store executive, one of your primary responsibilities is keeping track of all store inventory. This includes keeping an accurate count of all the items stocked in store.

A) Record Keeping
• Updating inward & Outward- register.
• Updating the finished goods stock register on daily basis
B) Inward & Outward
• Accepting the material after QC is done, checking the Kit contents and entering in inward- register.
• After receipt of Outward challan, handover the material to concerned person
C) Material Collection & packaging
• If required collecting of material from vendors
• Packing of material as and when required
D) Stores Maintenance
• Keeping the finished goods in stores in an orderly manner
• Ensuring store is maintained neat and clean.
E) Issue Raw Material
• As per Production order.
• As per Material requisition form.
Measurement Metrics
• Error free Inventory count
• Timely updating Stock
• Make sure to meet store safety standards.
