We offer ultrasonic, Eddy current, Magnetic particle inspection and Geometry Measurement testing systems for pipes and tube. These systems can be categorized into different categories like ultrasonic is for internal defects eddy current for surface defects and MPI for surface and near surface defects.

Ultrasonics Systems for Inspection of Pipes

These systems are fully automatic ultrasonic inspections of weld zones, heat affected zones (HAZ), pipe ends and the full body using conventional ultrasonic or phased array probes depending upon customer/specifications requirement

We also offer EMAT technology for measuring thickness of DI pipes or monitoring of weld scarfing

We offer fully automatic inspection system for LSAW, HSAW, ERW, seamless and hot-rolled pipes covering weld zones, pipe ends and outer surfaces. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, the system supports full 3D modelling of components and integrates seamlessly with the transport line for high-speed inspection

Eddy Current System for Tubes

We offer eddy current systems for wires, tube (welded or seamless) & bars. These systems are used to detect transverse and longitudinal cracks by using encircling coils. The System consists of Eddy Current Equipment, Computer with Software, Coils (depending on diameter), Coil Holder, Cable, Encoder & Paint marking system etc. In case of ferrous products, a suitable magnetizer, demagnetizer is required

MPI System for Pipe Bevels

The cross-coil station delivers both longitudinal and transverse magnetization, fully encircling both pipe ends including the bevel face. A rugged steel frame houses copper coils embedded in concrete (or an equally durable protective coating) to provide industrial grade durability. The system includes a Power Pack, the Cross-Coil Station itself, a Control Panel with HMI plus a pendant remote, and all necessary Magnetic Particle Testing accessories and consumables.
