1) Sr. Sales Engineer
Sr. Sales Engineer is one who is responsible for maintaining aggressive approach in lead generation, making sales, developing good relationship with customers, enhancing competence, payment follow up and there by achieving the set sales target
Sales:
- To achieve the Sales Target
- Collection on or before agreed terms
- Lead Generation (existing customers, cold calling etc.)
- Performing/coordinating for timely demonstration to customers
- Management & Reporting
Application Support:
- Support Customers on Application/how the use the products effectively.
- Making of Application based video/sheets and share with customer on regular basis.
Product Management:
- Keep updated with competitive data
- Management of demo gears
Coordination:

2) Sr. Sales Engineer- Automated Systems
Sr. Sales Engineer– Automated Systems is one who is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of Automation and Robotics Projects effectively & efficiently ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction and thereby meeting the set sales targets.
Sales:
- To achieve the Sales Target
- Collection on or before agreed terms
- Lead Generation
- Coordinating for timely demonstration if any to customers
- Prepare and formulate Quotations and proposals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Management & Reporting to Principals on Monthly basis
Project Management
- Manage automation and robotics projects from initial to end with post-delivery support
- Develop detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation with team.
- Ensure completion of project on time, in scope and within budget.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Team Management
- Co-ordinate with designers, project engineer and technical team for proper quotations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, in design development, vendor sourcing and implementation of project.
- Follow up with team on regular basis for day-to-day activities and achieving of targets
- Ensure completion of project within estimated cost and timeline
Reporting, Reviews & Presentations
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Reporting to Principals on timely basis
- Formulating strategies for increasing sales
Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly presentations
3) Purchase Engineer/Executive
Purchase Engineer/Executive is one who is responsible for vendor development and procurement of material in the most cost effective & timely manner while adhering quality standards
Vendor Development and Management
- Vendor Registration – Finding & developing suitable vendors for effective and efficient procurement and registering them as per company process requirements & standards.
- Vendor Evaluation - Carrying out vendor evaluation and periodic vendor assessment as per company process requirements & standards.
- Vendor visits whenever required.
Negotiation and finalizing
- Negotiations for extending payment terms, better pricing & delivery terms, delivery at right time etc.
- Raising the PO (Purchase Order) accordingly and sending for approval.
- Preparing GRN (Goods Received Note) and physical check of quantity on receipt of material.
- Coordination with QC & CST for Incoming Quality Checks
Logistics Management (Import Shipments)
- Custom clearance (follow up with DHL, follow up with CHA, Checking & Approval of Bill of Entry for Import Shipments, approval of Courier, CHA payment)
Database Management
- Maintaining & updating of approved vendors lists on regular intervals.
- Maintaining the Purchase Order sheet on daily basis
